Every igi8 app is cryptographically signed by our developers. Unsigned or tampered versions will not run. This prevents malware injection and clone apps.
We distribute exclusively via Google Play and Apple App Store. Do not install from third-party or clone sites. Your device's app store verifies the app signature for you.
If your phone is lost or stolen, sign in from any browser and change your password. Your app session will log out instantly across all devices.
JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast requests are encrypted end-to-end. Your payment provider never sees your app credentials.
Sessions expire after 15 minutes of inactivity on untrusted networks. Manual logout from Settings > Security disconnects all devices except your current phone.
